Rob's cousin Mr. Danny Johnson opened the first black owned mechanic shop in Norway, South Carolina. Fast forward 30 years and Rob opened the first black female mechanic owned repair shop in the state of Georgia. Rob had also followed her elders who were housekeepers and nannies by opening a domestic service company- Domestic Services By Drake and valet laundry business- BOSC Laundry Solutions, before finding her passion in automotive.

She started this journey as a humble receptionist for a mom and pop shop in Atlanta. Eventually growing to a general service technician. After attending DeKalb Technical College for automotive technology she then shifted into management, while working on cars on the side and selling cars. In 2020 Rob started Georgia Auto Solutions a mob
She started this journey as a humble receptionist for a mom and pop shop in Atlanta. Eventually growing to a general service technician. After attending DeKalb Technical College for automotive technology she then shifted into management, while working on cars on the side and selling cars. In 2020 Rob started Georgia Auto Solutions a mobile mechanic business and branded herself Rob The Blonde Mechanic. With wild success, in 2021 she opened the doors to her 5,500 sq ft shop.

It took a dollar, a dream and a hell of a team to grow Georgia Auto Solutions into an award winning automotive repair shop. The shop wouldn't be possible without the hardwork and support of her team and family. With a proud history of strong work ethic, excellent customers service, a thirst to learn and desire to succeed, Rob's future is bright and she continues to shine.

Want to learn more about your car. Take a car care class and learn basic vehicle functions, road side services and vehicle maintenance. The class is for teen/new drivers , but anyone who wants to learn is welcomed.
